We are please to have a natural processed Sidamo again.
For those not familiar with the coffee drying process, natural is
the least processed coffee and harks back to the days when all
coffee was laid out in the sun and left to sun dry.
By not processing the coffee through processes such as washing the
natural flavours and oils are kept in the coffee bean.
This leads to a natural and complex cup of coffee. with full
