producing area of Bogo valley, Dimbula, Altitude 4000 – 4500 ft
above sea level. Established by Kirk and Oswald in the mid 1800’s.
Characteristics : Good leaf appearance, full body with lovely
Infusion : tending bright with golden yellow highlights.
Strength : can be take with a dash of milk to capture
the floral character.
To make : 1 teaspoon for 200 ml cup. Add freshly ‘once’
boiled water. Infuse : 3 – 7 minutes. Ingredients : Black tea 100%
